[SOLVED] Protocol error GAGD and CKManagerServerConnector on manager

I managed to connect authd to augent on windows. I can connect to game but can't create char because manager not load and throw lot of socket error and gacd protocol uknown.
What i tried :
1. To change the osec and isec on io.conf
2. To redo the config's on both side

maybe can help this image and configs.

PS: I use VMware with CentOS 6.3 with Kev Repack2 and IPs: 192.168.80.3(linux) and 192.168.80.1(win,my comp). I stopped firewall from my computer and linux (win have nod32 firewall stopped and win firewall is also stopped).
