Debug Console FW

I've playing Forsaken for a while, and I started a server.
I did not know that there was some debug commands, but when I unpacked the config.pck file, I saw a txt file with all the commands.
The question is: How I active the console? Because I tried in the chat with . in front the commands and it not worked.
