Defend Dusk Town Instance Issue

I've never played official FW before so I don't know how does this instance work.
According to the Encyclopedia Guide Players can enter the instance by talking to npc Dawn Agent Cordos who appears every hours and the system will inform players that "the Dawn Agent will be approaching". I couldn't find any announcements from the system in world chat channel and couldn't even find this npc around the map.


Has there anyone tested this instance and confirmed that it works.
I'm using 307 version

its a fissure dungeon so only shows up when era is at the required era and the npc appears in the front of the castle not the back :)

Thanks for answering my question Willy. my server's being at deity era and fissures did not spawn. may be they are affected by the era values not just era itself.
