Hi everybody. Does anyone have sendmail or iweb for FW v331 and how to make it work?

I will say that you're looking for ancient resources that got lost along with time and that are unlikely to be found.

At this point , people no longer use War of Shadows.
It's easier to go for Dysil's Wrath ,Bloodharvest and Homecoming.

But they do not have Russian clients, I have a 770 server, but the client is only Chinese.

Shenmo Wanmei is unlike Official Forsaken World(English,French,Russian,Deutsh).
They have a tendency to have incremental upgrades and increase in version.
Whereas Official move from one expansion to the next but this was discontinued in a later date.

Official Forsaken World followed these versions:
-Dysil's Wrath Server 253 OR Element 595
-Bloodharvest Server 260 OR Element 608
-Freedom Falls Server 283 OR Element 643
-Vengeance Server 289 OR Element 649
-Awakening Server 297 OR Element 663
-Homecoming Server 305 OR Element 773
-Ascension Server 313 OR Element 787
They used to move directly from one expansion to the next!

The case that's relevant to you are the incremental versions between Awakening 663 or Homecoming 773:
You will see clients in-between having the following element versions 664 and 770.
You won't find actual official clients for these versions.

I think you're creating yourself more headaches by trying to work on a version which is missing resources.
With the resources that are publicly available,best version to try are FW253 and 260 which are Dysil and Bloodharvest especially if you're a beginner.
Aim too high and you will be totally stuck and end up giving up.
Can you run without learning how to walk?
Anyway it's up to you and I wish you the best of luck!

There is no explicit way to get freedom falls(Server 283 & Element 643).
There are all kind of issues getting that version:
-You would need a client for desired language.
-Certainly with shenmo branches that got publicly shared by loko. You would almost be able to Compile server binaries for FW283.
So main issue is to get a libskill.so closer to freedom falls to be used in the linking process when compiling gs.
-If you look at wskill.gen publicly shared by Fyyre. You may be able to find a workaround.
-Then maybe you would need to somehow combine Homecoming server files and Bloodharvest server files to create server files for that version.
-In addition to that, tormentors which get introduced in that expansion may be too overpowered. So tweaks to skills would need to be done for the skills library (libskill) in server side & ElementSkill.DLL in client side.
