fwPCK.exe out of date since last release of FW2 Juggernaut

I tried to unpack some pck files of the latest version of the FW2 client and it stopped on the 5th file

Use WinPCK, it works with newer FW2 clients.

Thank you for your help.
I was able to unpack all the files from a pck into a folder but I don't know how to rebuild a pck from the files in that folder.

Winpck is in Chinese and I don't understand anything that is written. Is there any way to get it in English or is there a tutorial, documentation or something that could help me?

Edit: Finally, I used Resourcehacker to translate most of text into my native language

BUT, sry 4 that, i could not do anything with source code..... yep, i'm dump ;)
Is there a simple running version available ?
I want to extract / repack interface.pck + script.pck.
