iWeb items received cannot be used

Hi..Could someone please let me know what I might be doing wrong?The items that I send from iweb to my character mailbox does not seem to works "cannot equip this item"For example I tried with the fashion item "Warlorck cut" item ID:37441Role ID: the one related to my characterTitle: PW staffitem stack: 1as for the other fields I did not changed them ... I receive the items on the mailbox. However when I try to use them they do not workResolved : spawn items thru debug console

Without HEX parameters any weapon,armor etc will be unusable. HEX line contain parameters of item like durability, grade, etc. It's important parametr in send mail.
