how do you make a login to log in a charater and what files do i need to edit to be able to connect to server, i serched this intire forum theres nothing on either of thse

To connect to a server you need the following:
Server sided files.
A game client that corresponds with the server side version.
Correctly set up the server (I'm sure there are guides around here).
Then start the server up. You should easily be able to find a script or a program to create a account. Use the search function at the top right of a page to search for things.
Make sure the servers elements.data and gshop files sync with the game clients(Put the game clients EL/Gshop into the server side.
Then you should be good to go on logging into the server.

I've never worked with Forsaken World. But I have worked with several other Perfect World Entertainment games, they have the same setup.
