need help on being a GM

im a bit noob on this i got the part of the shortcut and all but i cant find where to put
i think in server activate same as PW, in ptemplate or like file

debug_command_mode=active

i just got Gm privleges on a server and im trying to enable the debug console for item spawns they are new to a server and cant help me lol

my shortcut reads
Target: "C:\Users\robone\Desktop\Mystic Woods\Mystic Woods\update\game.exe" game:pw console:1 sepfile

if that is correct

also any help on how to summon monsters or items would be appreciated like a monster/item id list

Still haven't figured that out myself. all I have been told is you have to modify the client.
