i don't remember the exact file names, but one is in interfaces.pck the other is in script.pck

There's an easier method that can be achieved via elements.data editing.
In [153]: 154 - VIP_AWARD_CONFIG is a set of different tables with VIP rewards and what the requirements are, as well as the names. If memory serves correctly, 24347 - US Purchaser rewards is the table you would want to modify. Simply set the value to one higher than what can be obtained in your server, to negate the ability of being able to use the leaf resurrection.
