they flood my Server Logs is that DDOS?

If it are always different IP's it could be a DDOS attack. How often do you get these requests? Do they come all the time? If you are not using the audio plugin you could try to disable it. Most likely it will just be because the client uses an older version of the audio plugin (that is why it is always trying to reconnect).

Your main problems isn't ddos, It's your audio plugin version.

Same as IRC Bots, If it has no information or older version, It keeps reconnecting.

And do you have different ip connections?

Or Just the same ip?

Btw, try to update your plugin.
