if you didnt restart the PC when he did that
you can use ctrl+z
if he did you can try System Restore

Right mouse button on the file --> properties --> earlier versions (or something like that) --> choose your earlier version --> click restore

are you maybe using a FAT file system? :s
i guess you will just have to reinstall it :s

yea, just remove sa-mp, then remove GTA
then install it

and it should work

i try liao but it say system restore dont work welll or what . when i press system restore and it restart my com and it say that .

system restore won't work if he's using a FAT filesystem.. =/

it really won't work without a cd.. or at least an image.. steam versions don't tend to work with sa-mp :s
