just type this in google and you'll find the dll, next time please open a new thread..
Oh known error you need windows installer 4.0
I had to serach for it for 4 hours. Good Luck ;p

Just download the dll's what come in the error.
Do not use DLL's or you'll fuck everything up.
I did it once.
Use the newest windows installer it fixed my errors
