It seems you can also get a livemap for free if you use delux-host (GTA Live Maps - delux host). Not that i want to promote them.. just saying :p

why don't you want to go with DMAP? I don't think there are a lot of other free alternatives. and why do you say delux-host does not work? i know people who hosted a server there without any problem :o
