Noob help needed - Player system

I started researching about GTA SAMP servers last night, Since then been messing around with a few sources and looking up tutorials. I have some knowledge like adding vehicles ect. I wana open up a Role-Plaing server, not now but i wana learn the basics to prepare. Iv seen a few tutorials on user systems and there saying to use filtters, I understand how but i wana learn how to crate a player system, Not how to use other peoples work.

I have searched google before you tell me to, But so fair i haven't found any useful tutorials on player systems. I do not want a C+P guild, Im looking for a line by line tutorial explaining what everythings doing so i can actual understand whats im doing instead of "guessing".

I am not a noob to pcs, i have some experience in other languages. I have looked at a few sources but i dont understand it that well to add it into my own gamemode. Could anyone suggest any resources/tutorials? I am willing to take all advice as i do wana learn so please dont flame.

If anyone could suggest any clean but usful sources to take a look at to study the scripting better then please tell me, I have checked out godfather and there are a few bugs, And there is way to much lines of code.

I wana learn how to yes, But not just that i wana learn the basics like a tutorial explaining in detail, Also tutorials just say ad this then this then this and dosnt realy teach you.

I did find one source i was messing around with and iv managed to create a login script but im not to sure what the code does i just followed some tutorial. I have however add my own data to save and load such as job and skin, but theres no use for them atm. Haven't add the other code to act load the skin at start and have not started on a job system.
