Hello, I am usually in the Habbo section so i have a questio is there a tutorial to make a GTA:SA Multiplayer server? How do i get started? I am 100% new to this.

You will need GTA San Andreas V1.0 (no steam versions) and SA-MP (SA-MP San Andreas Multiplayer mod for Grand Theft Auto (GTA SA))
If your version of GTA SA is higher then 1.0, then you can use a downgrader
