RP can get you some long term people, but only if you have a GOOD COSTUM SCRIPT

Role play all the way.
Of course, i started playing sa-mp because of the death match and stuff.
But once you get familiar with rp, you'll always stay rping.
But most rp servers fails at the end, since you NEED to get players somehow.
My friends server died too, had around 30 online daily: c-rp.
Start with some Deathmatch, or just allow anything for a time?
Or a GM that switches itself every 2/6/12 hours.
That would be fun tbh.

Roleplay is hard to get going at first, if you have a bad script.. and just downloading them already made and hosting them doesn't work too well, you need something different.
Probably Stunt or Deathmatch is better
