Are you logging in with the GM Tool? Along with this your server might be binded to the wrong port, or your client may be binded again to the wrong port, are you using 127.0.0.1? Router IP? Hamachi? WAN?
im logged in with gm tools client, and my port is default/im not changing it

Luna Server (Require) Resource folder in (Server) and (Client) is same data for check Client Version
if you set UserLevel = 4 before Login need you added IP Address to TB_OPERIP
why i got this problem?
cuz your versions are different you can see at the top of the 3rd image, if you read the window name it tells you the version infos "ExeVer:RAGEZONESHARE PatchVer:Test100000001" furthermore, you need to remember to add your Hamachi IP to your TB_OPERIP list

select the mob you wanna summon from the mob list, then click the "me" button next to where to says "alker area" it should automatically get the co-ordinations for where you are and then change the range to whatever you want, the range is how far away the monster will spawn from you, then after all that is done hit summon~
