Look for an English client (gpot, esuna, etc) and copy the resource folder or simply use a translator.

find gpotato LUNA ONLINE v1.0 client
go to folder Data -> Interface -> Windows copy file Systemmsg.bin interfacemsg.bin
and copy folder rsystem -> resource

I think one of those files actually bugs your game. When you try to learn a skill, your client will crash.
