Help How to make LUNA online, Public Ip??

Hi I have a query that perhaps several ask and my query is like do server luna online public ? how to configure the server IP, the ports are open and everything but I do not connect to the server.

if anyone knows anything please give me your info,even I have much time trying and still can not get it public.

Are you sure your GameDesc.bin and Serverlist.bin are configured to your WAN IP?

some clients require you to change the IP inside the client exe
which client are you using?

I'm using the Dark Client as it is the only one that me works

I lack add that images were tested from another IP address when connecting to the server provar the server IP WAN

same problem with me , if im use thai client its not problem for public IP,
