Simply put it works like this:
    - You add the models and textures to your game files
    - You add the new clubs/clubsets to the IFF files
    - You repack everything

The process requires basic knowledge of the game's IFFs (all available on the forum). You can actually automate the entire process if you know what you're doing.

A GM command you can access ingame - of course it requires you're set as a GM and installed the necessary scripts to make it work (hint: There's a big /giveitem thread in Releases).

Items won't work unless both the server and the client know about them (through the IFF files) and are in perfect sync (you need the same pangya_th.iff on both the server and client).

Beginners should read the Common Beginner Questions. Explains how you can get more information on GM commands and points to a lot of other useful topics. Also be sure to check out the Tutorials forum and take a look at codyx' IFF editing guide. It's not terribly in-depth but does the job of giving you an idea what you have to do.

Generally speaking: If it's about adding stuff to the game, there's a lot of information in the forums, please do a thorough search and read-up. :)
