Client-building

After a while of not working on this game, I decided to bring back my Pangya server (I still had the server files but lost the client).
So I had to rebuild my client.

I'm running into a strange error, though.
When launching the ProjectG.exe (the 584.04 unpacked one fasa2008 posted) I get an error in mixed english and thai out of which I can recognise 2 english words "Install and update.exe".
I know this is not cause by ProjectG.exe being executed directly, because I executed it both through the Update.exe and directly, both gave the same error.

I'm slightly confuzzled :D
Anyone has any ideas or pointers on what could be the issue here? Or perhaps has some time to work with me on building a base client from which we can work?

Download extract for which either place your computer and opens the wait loading twice then cancel and try opening your projectg.exe..
