I have a little problem with my 4.9 version of pangya, when I make a friend request, everything works normally and when I log out and come back to the game my friend list is empty who can help me

This happens when you dont have the USP_GUILD_MEMBER_LIST Procedure. So you need to create one ... take a quick search here, Im sure there was a thread about that.
