/giveitem command doesn't work

Hi guys,
these days i was trying to gift item from my GM account to its self and to other account.
Once i set conditions and i have to write "/y" in order to send item, nothing happens.
"the item has been granted" or something like that, that's wat i get, but nothing arrives.. would you help me?

You need the USP_MAIL_SEND for this to work.

Alternatively you can manually add the item to your warehouse via SQL.
