There is a StoredProcedure named ProcFirstUserLogin in your database,

At line 79, Change it to the amount you want
UPDATE user_info SET Pang = Pang + 1000000, Cookie = Cookie + 100000 WHERE UID = IDUSER;

That's for new accounts.
