help guys, my pangya-server cant Connect

When I turn on the server pangya (127.0.0.1 local) I can connect and play
but when I try to connect the server pangya with external IP can not connect ..
Not Modem router!
I think the error is in the [ODBC] because I try to create an odbc with no-ip does not work and gives error
can someone help me please

The ODBC connections can and should stay with your LAN/local IP address. You merely need to point the server IPs (in the INI files) to your WAN IP address.

Please note that using no-ip hostnames in the server's INI files does not work, it expects IP addresses.
