How to create a club (guild o clan)?

Hello I am Spanish and my English is not very good ^^u, but this one is only site that I have found with information of the Japanese version.

I would like to create a club in official japanese version, but we do not know how to create it. Somebody that knows, could explain to me how to create it?

You can't create a club, because it's not implanted yet... or never even till someone leaks the Season 2 server files.
