I cannot but Kooh

Hey Guys!!!
I've got problem after I update patch version 215d (Indo) to my folder. I'm looking for all characters for this patch they have got Nuri, Hana, Arthur, Secillia, Max and Kooh. I need to buy Kooh, some of clothes and caddie like Cadie and also water ball too I cannot buy for that items. They say something that I don't understand (Indo Language). My level from now on is Master.
Could you tell me what's going on and how can I fix it?
