I can't make room. How can i make room?

Dear Expert,
I install panagya server 4.9 pack and TH client ver 584.05.
client logon is ok but can't make room.
How can i make room?

Please check that the client version in the database matches the client version of your executable. See the Common Beginner Questions thread for instructions.

tsukasa if thats the case with the client how do i fix this exactly or what do i need one thing that has really frustrated me is all th dfferent client file names on the servers the exe and the tables server config thats been the hard part to understand so for example this is my server deal 584.04 is th client exe and the database is mserver_th_581.06 if thisis the case what wouldu suggest?
and yes i have read the beginner thread
