Login Server Error Messages =/

Hi,

Unfortunately I have encountered another error, I will try not to ask for to much as its already posted in tutorials an such, but I could not find an answer for this problem so I ask here.

So when I start the "Login Server" I get these messages in "RED", I know I did everything according to the guide but what am I missing?
