Mail Error: Item Could Not be Received

I'm getting the following error when i try to get caddies out of Mail:
"Item Could Not be Received"

I can get other gifted items just fine. And i have the PARTS_GRP_LIMIT added. (1~10)

Anyone know what could that be?
