Messing with the tab bar

So, since I find it silly to keep a lot of the properties in the under bar, I removed it completely, or hid it basically. But I did want to keep Black Papel on the main bar, but since it was originally located in the under bar, it was removed as well.

The closest solution I had was to look for an old S3 pak file with the same properties as now But I feel like I'm just missing something minuscule, and would be silly to download a whole bunch of dead pak files when the answer could be in front of me.

On a completely unrelated note; why is the community so dead all the time? Not trying to sound pushy, but I hate that there's so many roadblocks with the game, and wish something would just happen. That doesn't sound wrong, does it?

Simple answer: The server works just as it should. There are no roadblocks for S4.9. With the notable exception of events everything else is in working order, from UCC to Ghost mode to GM commands, server control, guilds and tournaments. You can play the game as it was meant to be played.

Let me be a bit abusive for once: This is a community, which means everyone has to do their part for it to be and stay alive. Nothing stops you from picking up a debugger and start hacking around in the game or the server, writing up guides, building FAQs or tools, re-organizing the database and releasing it as an update. You don't do it, though - and that's part of the answer.

No, I got the underbar off the game, but I want to bring Black Papel off the underbar, and onto the main bar. I already made space on the bar, so it'll fit, its trying to get the stupid paper bag onto it. Here's a reference to a Season 3 picture in Japan where Papel is clearly visible on the main bar.

Kind of harsh. I do my part behind the scenes. I don't try posting a million different questions that are trivial on here to the experts. And I look for the answers myself. The only reason I don't post on here all the time is either I already know how to do it, or I'm expected to know it already. Any part I can be helpful to anyone, I try to be. I'm not great at it by any means, but its better than being redirected to the FAQ or something similar.

I'm no great developer. A lot of this on here is Greek to me. But I always try winging it and trying to get things to work. There may be no roadblocks for 4.9, but there is a massive roadblock jumping into United. Do I really care? Not really. But I would like to be part of this team who helps leaping into it. The game may be very playable, but there's always progression to be made on here. And I plan on staying to see it to the end.
