Missing StoreProcedure

i've run the server

i've check server log file and it said "[E_ODBC] ErrCode(42000) ErrMsg([Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Could not find stored procedure 'dbo.USP_GUILD_INFO'.)"

can someone share this store procedure
