need help editing card.iff

i have been trying to edit the effect of Cadie SC in card.iff but its not working, and i have no idea if im doing it correctly. i have pangya fresh up 824 client version.

this is what i did based on the threads that i had read.

1. unpacked projectg824gb.pak
2. went into data folder and renamed pangya_gb.iff to pangya_gb.zip
3. no card.iff when extracted so i download from here google drive link
4. dowloaded a free hex editor called hxd and opened card.iff
5. changed some values. see attached file. is it the right address?. the red box former value was 02 i changed it 0A thinking it will give me +10pixel on impact bar.

6. archived card.iff and other iff files, named it pangya_gb.zip then renamed to pangya_gb.iff
7. copy pasted the edited pangya_gb.iff to to replace same file in auth server, login server, and game server folders.
8. repacked data folder, renamed to projectg824gb.pak, pasted to game folder and overwritten the old 824 pak
9. started the servers and launched the game directly projectg.exe, i did not use update.exe.

i was to able to login and start a game but the impact bar had only +2pixel.

please help me and thx in advance

tried again, this time the game server crashed. i noticed the a difference in pangya_gb.iff, on first try the file size was aroud 600+KB, now its only 300+KB

The default windows option is 'system file and folder are hidden'

You must config your windows to show your hidden files (most iffs are treat as a windows file to trick you)

if you do it properly, it will work for you thou

dude thx for trying to help, but step 3 is not the issue because there would not be steps 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 if i did not have card.iff

i just changed the pak file i used from projectg824gb.pak to projectg851gb.pak.
