newcomer on editing iff files needs help.

Hi everyone I have a question about something related to iff This might sound idiotic for some.

I managed to unpak a pangya.pak file to pangya_gb.iff and manage to just edit a few and wanted to see results. but the question is how do i convert pangya_gb.iff back to projectg851gb.pak ? just wanted to test and see if my edited .iff file did work. so wanted to do some trial and error so I could know on how to importing or adding new things to the store.
