I unpacked an .pak file, but I don't have any idea to how can I compress to .pak again and how to modify the .pet

I got an ice spa.pak from english version to make an 0 slope ice spa and need help to make it for my private server cause this .pak does not work in my pvt server.

Thanks, but I could not find these tools, just 3DSMAX from HSReina page and a pangya unpacker but mpack still missing. Can you please send a link for download?
