Pangya Fresh private server l Network error l create account

I have downloaded pangya by following this video

but when I try to create an account I have this message 'Network error occured ''
(Error 10049).
Someone knows how to fix that?

omg , what is this tutorial haha xD

It's superss server wihout edit so use the official tutoriel it's beter than this xD


so don't use this wierd tutorial or use my pack it's more clean x)
