forum is active, section is dead. Don't confuse. Secondly, maybe there is no active userbase?
S4.9 + tools work fine for most people, we've pretty much restored 85-90% of the functionality with the help of some great people on this forum. Due to the lack of manpower there has been no public development for current seasons.
To really get people interested and back into the loop we'd need a new server leak - which is unlikely to happen. S4.9 was a really lucky thing.
That's pretty much the gist of it, feel free to contribute an emulator project, though. :)

i got a dedicated server (amd phenom(tm) ll x6 1055t @2,8ghz, and 16gb ram) and my pangya server is online now :'D
i hosted other games befor like gunz and flyff. im pretty new to pangya x:

The EU client is incompatible to the TH server files due to some differences.
Use the TH server with the TH client and you should be fine.
So, in order to play, i have to download everything?
Is there a guide to the server download?
