PANGYA Season 4.9 - How To....

Good Evening guys!

I have downloaded the the CLIENTS and Tools for making Offline Pangya provided by my favorite moderator Tsukasa here.

The problem is I dont know how to Utilize the tools properly.

So can anybody help me and give me steps on how to make Pangya Offline like from the start (referring to "From Scratch").

And so that others can follow too.

ill just install pangya th 582.5 and its patch? then use those pangya server and dbase paks?
