Please re-install or run update program first

I tried to make my own pangya server and I edited the ProjectG file with this video:

But now when I try to launch the game it says "Please re-install or run update program first." how can I fix that?

Edit: It works when I use it with the localhost IP but as soon as I edit it to the hamachi IP it shows this error.
