What a m i missing ?

Hi Guys
long time no see.
For those who remember me, my game id was tomzecat and i'm one of the former members of Pangya-Land with Kiuubi and bubbastic.
i wanted to play again Pangya offline but i still can't get access to a room.
Game is launching. I have access. Login DB looks good and sees me. But i can't connect to a room.
i have Uwamp running on the host PC for the update list.



I have tried many exe:
ProjectG_LAN_9 does not work. Crashes everytime. Changed all Ips.
I'm using an old fasa exe. i have edited and changed my IP in the exe and the .ini (bind, auth, login and gamerserver)
I have created maunally my account in the DB.
Any help or advise would be appreciated...

Solved.
While installing the DB, i didn't choose english as default language.
Did a brand new installation with the english language and i could see the server's room.
