    About 1.5 new client and the launcher

    I'm trying to use 1.5Client form CCR to connect the 2232 server,When I type the ID and password ,I got a masserge"Wrong Account",but use the 2232 launcher it's works fine,who can help me?

    To fix the ccr's 1.5 launcher work ,you must fix the web.Creat 3 sites,one use port 80,one 10007,one 8080,and each site's update.dll file like this:

    8080 Port site's LPServerInfo.dat just use your severconfig.dat (2232~)

    No point your client wont have the same server side structure plus the database would be different so the client will not accept it. 2232 launcher is also not going to be compatible to some degree due to the flash interface will not be loaded and all the other changes.

    launcher of 1.5 version no need update.dll..
    cause the korea language is a default language.
    try to sniff that...

    Thank you novanakal,I have allready make the 1.5 launcher work,but the problem is when i type ID and the password,i got a message"Wrong Account".I kown maybe there is some change in the database at the version 1.5 server side,So ,i mean who can find the change or got a way to fix this~,sorry my bad english~

    Unless you have a 2.2.3.2 source code and know how to packet sniff and reverses engineer the 1.5 client to create your own emulator.

    i am using 2232's launcher and put it into 1.5 client,,,there is no problem to type id and pw and am able to see the server list too....

    but the problem is ,, cant go into the typing id and pw's windows in 1.5 client...

    From what I have found out this is how my testing went.


    LSSetting.tmp inside the system folder controls what IP the bin connects to. I edited the bin so it would load as a exe once you click the bin it loads by it's self and you can get to the build in interface log on screen. I used my retail account and was able to select the world and had the screen that said waiting for server response. This due to version check or client incomparability with the current 1.0 retail server.

    I removed the file called LSSetting.tmp and the client started hanging i have checked most of the client files and have found no ip but the new 1.0 and 1.5 clients are setup so the launcher only updates and lets you start the client.

    Maybe this will help D:

    How come I didnt find the file u said,,LSSetting.tmp inside the sysyerm folder...

    Not sure why i used the 1.0 EU client and found it in there and then placed the file into the 1.5 client and used my 1.0 account and logged in

    how to create 3 sites in the 2232 website? and also what IP inside of 1.5 launcher that i can edit it?
