Sir, i wanna ask some question,, if i want to add an portal, like to ether, couldron, etc, how can i do that?? what must i edit?? and how to make a portal?? or maybe there are already portal item but i dunno,, help yaa.. i need some guide from shifu... :D

For the scrool teleport: view you map folder inside you Rf_bin and look for the map you want make the teleport and open your file.spt and search for the main portal coordinates copy it and place in a new line into the townitem.dat script

Do you want people to spoon feed you every little piece of detail? Search the forums you will find your answer because if you are given help here you will ask for more and more.
1: for adding new portals check the information available on the forum
2: for adding scrolls look inside the townitem.dat
