most backups are for SQL 2008 R2 and wont work with earlier (including 2008 - must be R2 or newer).
You have sql server 9.0.1399 - thats SQL 2005.

do not restore your back-up file on C:\ or for ex. C:\mssql\balalalala just restored it on the DB files ex. am using drive E;\server\db\RF_User
