Cant See The Damage and No Cooldown

how i cant fix this ?

I Cant see the damage but animation have. and No Cooldown too but if i use skill again in just a sec it HP of enemy is not decreasing maybe its client only.

my server is 223

I think your serverfile is messed up
Have you try another serverfile & pure client?

i know now my problem the skillforce.edf in client

someone please give me skillforce.strs its a big help for 223 client
