as far as i remember, ore only have 22 block/item
and from your log it's trying to add item (139) that is beyond 22? o.O
did you have special module or something like that? which alter the mining process? o.O
for example, it's add money, cash, gold, pvp point, etc when you are mining? o.O
item is not exist, that is why it give error "pushitem error" on CObjectList, CObjectList is an object/item in game, push error, it's mean it failed when adding that object to a character...
that is why i'm sure it's related to an item which not exist o.O
