doesnt exist - you would have to write your own custom progra mfor that. The dat has more then just tables of data.

These are most likely dumps from the dat and doesnt include all the info, like indexes, block sizes, section order etc.
If the reverse exists in php.. its quite alot of custom code... and only the one who made it has it.

Well you have php scripts there... start a webserver with php support (like wamp) and run those sites/pages on ur browser and see what pops up

unless it came with some kind of sql tables to use... the pic only showed php scripts.
Download wamp, install and start it - move the files to the www dir and try 127.0.0.1/xxxxfile.php
Thats all i can say without knowing whats inside the php files - like do they refrence any mysql tables, require specific modules to be enabled etc.
