Where did you get this structure from and what version item.edf are you trying to open it with. Both 2.2.3/2.2.3.2 have working strs for the item.edf and if you have failed to use the search button then go and manually check the release section and development section.

offsets are wrong. you are using wrong item.strs version.

Open the strs up and start adjusting it... no ones gonna do it for you... not for free at least. If your dev enough to edit item.dat, then be a dev enough to learn structorian.
