Failed to connect

I have a problem when other people try to enter the server, can logearce fine but then when they choose to enter the server takes to load and then throws this error

I had spent a long time but can not remember how to fix

This a local connection using ip 127.0.0.1 or external so out side people can connect?

i am not using this ip, the ip is generated with hamanchi. this is not the first time i used hamanchi last time i used hamanchi it wasn't giving me this problem.

Did I have to change something in the sql server configuration manager? I think i had to do something there I just dont remember what it was.

Turn piped names on + that error looks like a port issue or an ip issue so recheck your configs all match up with the correct IP

I did and check that but the problem persists when the server select the launcher closes but nothing else happens and they stay lit bin and get the error that

check your worldinfo ini see if the server name is correct
