GM Accout

Please help guys i have problems with GM Accounts, i dont know why but this problem start for days ago and i dont know how to fix it.
I make accounts in all grades and subgrades, i have try 2,4 4,4 255,255
When i make GM Account i creat character, its ok, but when i logout and try log in again give this error :


When appear this error i cant do nothing anymore, i cant creat other character or log in other account, i exit RF Online but in Zoneserver appear that i stay online, like this:

Guys already tried cleaning the tbl_npcdata increased the maximum lvl in tbl_general, yet still giving error when selecting the character
I can not use RF Manage tools it asks me an id and password, then I put my GM account and it is only with the screen "Waiting for server spawn" and dont run....

Guys i try to look in zone server, but dont have any thing about lvl of GM character, i already eraser tables, npcdata, npclog, base and still error, the character when i creat is normal, but when i lvl up any lvl and relog he back to lvl 1 and give error "Error: Select character"
I think have something blocking GM accounts to stay lvl 1
