Golden Mistery 2.2.3.2 Skills no Cooldown

Hi everyone, I am new to rf online, I have a server 2.2.3.2 + mistery golden client, my problem is with all the skills of the game none has a cooldown effect, only happens with skills, buffs and forces if it has their normal cooldown, this invokes that they launch the skills of continuous way but do not do any damage nor is reflected in the npc attacked, I hope they can help me thanks

may be it's easy, i have this problem in server files classskill.dat just use DatCutter for all server files it's work for me.

Replace your server files for the skills , if i am not wrong
